These terms explain the rules for accessing Cardly (operated by Cardly Gift Inc) and submitting an order.

Order status
New orders may first appear as Awaiting payment. This does not confirm payment or Instant Delivery. Fulfillment and Instant Delivery begin after the order is marked Paid.
Acceptable use
You may use this site for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, or use automated activity that disrupts service for others.
Product information
We aim to present useful brand, category, and value information, but listings may change without notice. Availability, denomination, and payment acceptance remain subject to confirmation. Instant Delivery by email applies to all listed gift cards after payment is confirmed.
Accounts and orders
Orders are identified by a reference and purchaser email. Cardly Gift Inc may require identity checks, payment authorization, or additional information before accepting payment or fulfilling an order.
Intellectual property
Cardly site content, design, and original writing belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. Brand names and product marks remain the property of their individual trademark owners.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Cardly Gift Inc is not responsible for losses caused by temporary unavailability, inaccurate third-party information, or external sites.
