A product listing or editorial reference does not state or imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or approval by the identified brand unless Cardly Gift Inc expressly says otherwise.
Descriptive use
Brand names may be used in a limited descriptive way so visitors can identify the gift card they are considering. Cardly Gift Inc does not claim ownership of those third-party marks.
Cardly materials
The Cardly name, original written content, and distinctive marketplace materials may not be copied or used in a way that suggests another service is Cardly or is authorized by Cardly Gift Inc.
